Refund Policy

At Uni-1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.

Refund Eligibility

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase
  • Credit Usage: If more than 20 image generation credits have been used, you are no longer eligible for a refund
  • Subscription Renewals: Auto-renewal charges may be refunded if requested within 24 hours of the renewal date

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide: account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for your request
  3. Submit within 3 days of your purchase

Processing

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
A processing fee of up to 6% of the payment amount may apply.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used generation credits
  • Requests after the 3-day window
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
