1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Uni-1, you confirm that you:

  • Have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Description of Services

Uni-1 provides AI-powered tools to:

  • Generate flyers from text descriptions
  • Create design variations for business, events, lost pets, birthdays, and parties
  • Export flyers in high-resolution formats for print and digital use

3. Account Registration

An account is required for full access to our platform.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Uni-1 offers free and paid subscription plans
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Refund Policy

Digital services are delivered immediately upon activation.
Refunds are generally not available after generation credits have been used.
Exceptions apply for technical failures or billing errors — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. Licensing and Ownership

All AI-generated images created on Uni-1:

  • Are yours to use under the terms of your plan
  • Free and personal plans: personal, non-commercial use
  • Commercial plans (annual): permitted for business and commercial use

You are responsible for ensuring that text, logos, and reference images you upload do not infringe third-party intellectual property.
Uni-1 retains ownership of its AI systems and underlying platform technology.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Uni-1 to:

  • Create flyers that are illegal, misleading, defamatory, or infringe others' rights
  • Reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
  • Resell access to the platform itself

Violations may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content including logos, UI, and code is the property of Uni-1.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Uni-1 is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages including lost business or revenue.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
